- Products/services paid for (that I’ve not started processing) are eligible for a full refund, should you change your mind for any reason.
- Products/services paid for (that I’ve already started working on) are NOT eligible for a refund.
- All fees/charges necessary to make the refund reach the client/customer will be borne by the customer, directly. An exception, of course, is when the refund is initiated from my end because of my inability to fulfill the contract in the manner specified.
- Refunds will be made via the channels that payment was effected (unless it’s impractical).
- Refunds will exempt gateway fees and service charges when at the instance of the customer/client. An exception to this is when the refund is initiated from my end, for the reason of being unable to prosecute the contract in the manner specified.
- All refunds will be processed within seven (7) days from the date of the request for the same.
This page will be updated if/when these policies change. The changes will be communicated to clients/customers and will take effect seven (7) days after such changes are published and communication of the same posted.
